I just want you to know how grateful I am for your phone call the other day while I was out of town on vacation about the sign going up at the house on Painted Lady in Boatshore. Taking the time to call me about an opportunity even though it was not your listing was a class act, Tami, and I appreciate it very much. My client has the home under contract as of 20 minutes ago. I wont' soon forget this, and in fact I intend to use this as an example of REALTOR cooperation, names excluded of course, during my teaching sessions with pre-license students. As a first time home buyer I was very nervous about purchasing a home, at times I didn't even think it was a possibility, but Tami made it a reality and me feel at ease with the whole process from start to finish!  Several days she met with me after work to go over the contract in great detail to better help me understand what I was signing, because lets face it it's all very confusing if you have never been through it before.  I couldn't be more thankful for Tami and all of the hard work she put in to making this a smooth process for me.  At times I felt like she was my guardian angel because of so many things. She found us a great deal on a mortgage, she was there ANY time I needed her, and I found out on the day of our closing that we almost didn't have a clear title and couldn't go fourth with the loan and she saved that as well.  No more wasted money in rent because I now have a beautiful home that I can call my own and I have Tami to thank for that. I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the professional and personal attention given to me during my recent home sale. Mrs. Gregory went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our home closed in a timely manner.

She was presented with an abundance of difficult situations that most realtors should not have to encounter in a normal closing. Most would have walked away and not be blamed for doing so. There were multiple situations that blind sided us at the most inopportune times. I am presently 81 years of age and not in good health. Mrs. Gregory worked daily with my daughter and this relieved my stress during this time.

She very eagerly took on title compaies and the IRS on my behalf. She resolved the situation through dilligence, professionalism, and compassion. Most realtors would be blessed to have these qualities. It is for these reasons I would like ot offer this letter of thanks and gratitude. Any real estate firm would be lucky to have her on their staff. She is a very valuable resource. I don't know what I woudl have done without her.
